Got scammed in UWSC?

Hi guys, I was wondering if there is any chance arena net can deal with this. This guy claimed he had cons, he collected 1k from everyone(total of 7k)... then when we mapped to the Underworld, he left(like in loading screen). I got 2 screen shots showed I paid him 1k and another one that shows he didn't show up. I know 1k isn't much but I don't want to do this to every group. Here are the screen shots. His user name and all user names are hidden for privacy.

I'm not too sure about ANET's current take on scamming, but it can't hurt to try.

In my honest opinion, ANet doesn't take scamming too seriously. I once got banned because a guy reported me for scamming. The reason he reported me was because we were both trying to buy Superb Charr Carvings.

Send the screenies to support and remember the sleaze-ball's name.

I disconnected cause of power going out in the middle of a zquest run, paid 2 out of 3 people i was running back in full and apologized, and still got a 2 week ban for "defrauding" players.

There's your answer.

Maybe something happened to his internet or had to go urgently and didn't have time to give money back. Don't be so quick to say that he scammed some one, because you never know he might not have

umm then why did he ignore me

thats why I dont do UWsc anymore I use to do everything except pools and mnts many things why I dont do it:

First: People take UWsc way to seriously if you ask me.
Second: One little mistake made by a player its a black list and they yell at him or her.

My Opinion:
Get over it, its 1k, add him to ignore or make a side note not to do UWSC runs with him anymore and if your still paranoid ask people to show their con-sets. No need to waste A-Nets time with this.

If you are the one collecting for cons then you can't get scammed in the future.. it will also save you money if you buy crafting mats to make them yourself.

I 100% agree.

True. I once saw a guy that had seven assassins and one necro. Each of his characters only had one build, which would be a certain part of the UWSC team. In other words, one of his assassins had the vale build, another had the pools build, etc.
It made me laugh pretty hard.

In UWSC i had one of best moments (laugh moments, offcourse):

1. After some dude bitched because 2 people left and he got dead, we ressed him, and he told he wants his 1k back. I laughed because we all gave 1k but no one asked back, then he started screaming on me that i got 1k armour, that i am a n00b etc. (could not explain him i dont really care about look)

2. Second was, i was in run with one of elite guilds for UWSC (wont say name, tho they got some videos on youtube [good videos btw]), and as their chamber failed, i asked "chamber?" just to see what happened [lag, bad day, aggro bad] and he went screaming on me how i am bitch, who am i to ask him that type of questions, and after laughing and finishing run around 19 minutes, they kicked me because "I was no elite", tho i done my part faster then some of their members

3. Third is when people in UWSC start to argue how they are better then others (I got 2 BDS, I never fail, etc.).

Yeah, some take UWSC too serious

Heard yesterday best line that says about UWSC : The more runs you do, the more fails you had.

People can`t understand that

As already mentioned all you can really do is contact support for this sort of thing. There's nothing that can be done by any of the staff here to help.
