Password Incorrect.

As the title says basically. I would like to say that I was playing it day before yesterday and it was working perfectly. When I came back to play a little bit yesterday, it said my password was incorrect. So I retyped it 3-4 times again and it gave me the same message until it one of them gave me the "error 58" and does the same cycle every time. So I sent a support ticket to Ncsoft which also had my "lost ncsoft account" with it. So, I can't renew my password since I am still trying to remember what my old ncsoft account was. The worst part is I probably won't be able to participate in the festival by the time it's solved.

Check for capslock/numlock, when I have incorrect password problems this is the culprit 100% of the time.

And I must say, it'll take time for Ncsoft just to recover my information....
I tried my firewall, checked my caps lock/num lock.....
The only thing that can help me now is the fact that Ncsoft or the GMs help me retrieve me info as fast as possible.
I pretty much got hacked..... I don't know what to say, sucks being me.

they will probably use ur account for scamming and they dump it once its of no longer any use to them

Please download my Anti-Malware Toolkit and get the package that matches your Operating System. Then follow the directions in the PC Cleanup guide. After that, please post a HijackThis log.

I hope I don't lose anything... especially my 4 year old char... or the things I kept valuable in there.... Which might be pretty impossible.
Recent Edit: Now the problem I'm having is that there is no staff member or support team answering or helping me out. I already had a support ticket open and it says to update it if you have a new question and so on..... From the PlayNC support area. I don't want to retrieve my account when it's too late to take any action! By the way, they said it will give "Timeliest" response. I hope they are right.

I have too lost my account, not due to hacking, but i forgot my password and i had no longer access to my email. Ok, listen, i didnt get a support ticket, i used my own email and composed an email to: [email protected], i told them my situation, and they said to give them my access keys, and they said they wanted me to give them the emails i could of possibly used. This happened friday night, i got all these reponses the same day, i got like 3-4 responses from support within 2 hours. They dont respond on weekends. Then on sunday i tried a few different emails and passwords and i got it to work and i emailed them. After i gave them my account info they said they took this situation higher up. So im guessing they would of gotten my account back. So i hope this helps a little, any more questions just pm me on the forums

also if ur worried your going to get hacked and u have a virus on ur comp, do a FULL system restore, after that, no virus...keyloggers etc etc
