Is it possible to not use a CD to download GW just like any other MMOs and if so can you provide a link to it or direct me where to download it? Thanks

Yes, but you will have to download everythign which will take a while again. Just use the disc if you have them, it saves on time and -image.

The download takes hours (for the complete .dat file) and is best done overnight or when you are not home. A complete file means no loading times when you move to new areas in the game.

Just to be clear here, here is the step process you would take to download the game without the CDs:

- Create a shortcut of Guild Wars on the Desktop
- Right click on the Guild Wars icon
- Goto Properties
- Under the Target field, add -image
- Run the GW Shortcut
- Delete the -image after it's done downloading the game

I have nearly 3.7GB in my .dat file.
