I have seen people in game WTB stacks of Victory Tokens for 15k.

As I see it...

The most valuable trade item for Victory Tokens is Firewater?

10 Victory Tokens for 1 Firewater
25 Firewaters per stack of Victory Tokens
3 minutes of drunk time per Firewater
100g per drunk minute
300g per Firewater
---------------------------------------
7.5k value for a stack of Victory Tokens

Does the person just value drunk minutes at 200g/minute? Why wouldn't they just buy Ales from merchants instead?
Do people pay over 15k/stack to get the mask when the finale comes?

or am I missing something that makes these tokens more valuable?

I'm pretty sure you can get that mask with tokens as well. This is my first time that I've actually been around a pc for this event so I'm not really sure :P

5 victory tokens = 1 party point (Bottle Rocket, Sparkler, Champagne Popper) = 200g/ea

250/5 = 50pts
50ptsx200 = 10k

that's the most gold you can have from victory tokens,
so people will try to sell a stack for 15k to make profit.
People are buying at 15k/ea for getting sure that they will have their mask.

As for the value... seen them sell for 50g each. So that would be 500g for a flask of firewater = rip-off!

EDIT: I also don't see why people would pay so much for a stack of tokens, to get the festival hat. Do the quest chain and farm 10 extra tokens with 1 character and you have your stack in no time.

You can get a stack of tokens just from doing the simple quest chain, and its able to be done on all characters. The quests update each day of the festival, a VERY fast and easy way to get a few stacks of tokens a day

Where do you come up with the value of 200g/ea for a party point? I thought drunk/party/sweet points were all 100g/ea.

I think it should be trade-able in large quantities for festival tickets, but not outrageous amounts.

If you're going by 100g for drunk/party/sweet points, then the highest value is 10 tokens for 3 sweet (creme) or drunk (firewater) points. That makes 75 points/stack x 100g = 7.5k

Best value (if you're not going to trade them in for points yourself) is probably to save a few stacks until next week. Then people cannot get the tokens any more, but they can still get the mask. In other words: people who missed the weekend will pay a good price for your stack .
