Anyone looking to start a more PvP-oriented guild?

Hey guys,

So I've been hovering around these forums and GWGuru for awhile now, hoping for a guild to come up, but so far I'm out of luck. Which is why I'm posting this thread. I'm looking for a few individuals who are interested in perhaps creating a guild and being at the core of the guild.

Here are the aspects I'm looking for in this guild:
1) Leaning towards PvP (We'll do everything, but I do hope to eventually get some organized PvP going on), but not like a hardcore PvP guild. No rank requirements. Everyone can PvP. It's a game after all.
2) Family style. No one gets left out. I don't want to log-on and feel like a stranger within my own guild.
3) A recruitment process. I'm not sure why this isn't a big factor in GW guilds, but most guilds/clans I've joined/ran in the past have had some sort of recruitment process where the recruit/potential guild member has a 1-2 week evaluation process to determine if he/she is a good fit for the guild.

Those are the main focuses I'm looking for, but other small things include Kurzick (most of my friends are in Kurzick guilds, so that would make it more convenient for us to play together).
