396gp? strip the mods with a perfect salvage and sell it clean, spamadan probably your best bet. don't expect much though, skin is nice but req is high. but really i wouldn't waste the perf salvage uses, just merch it, lol. orrr, sell it to a new monk for 500g, be a good samaritan, pays off once in a while
