Stats are same as superior soul reaping rune

Armor Penetration 10% (7%) -- 7 is not great i know but still a rare item
5 Vials of Dye-Mixed (Red and White give it a Pink Color) - Not that impressive but you can no longer make them so these are some of the last-- c/o 100k
