Guild Wars Japan Website?

Quick question, is the Guild Wars Japanese website just not working or is it has it been taken down? Does anyone know?

I wonder if this is the same problem that others have had with the GuildWars.com website and how they couldn't reach it. Probably not though, I imagine the .jp servers are not in America.

There must be a problem with the series of tubes...or the dumptruck. Something like that.

Works for me here in southern California.
