You won't get them for 8.5k from anyone. I would think the lowest is 9.5k since people usally do 10k = 1 ecto however when I was on this morning the Ectos are now 11k. It might be back to 10k not sure.

Ecto is currently being SOLD by the Merchant for 10k, and purchased @ 7.5k.

8.5-9k is the current going rate.
