Why is Dragon Festival still here?

Hey guys, I was wondering, why is the dragon festival still here? It's July 6, 11:29AM and its still here. I thought the festival ends July 5, 11:59PM. Anyone explain why? How long will the festival last?

From the GW Wiki July 2nd Update:
"Imperial Supply Master Kagno will appear in Shing Jea Monastery as the event comes to a close at 11:59 AM Pacific (-7 GMT) on Monday, July 6".
The last visit from the Emperor was 11:59 PST last night; however, the actual event doesn't end for about 2 hrs, 20 mins. (11:59 am PST today)

And this is why Guild Ways should have a server time button/mouseover on the interface somewhere so no mater where you are on this planet

if im not wrong there was a clock for your timezone 3 years ago on your compass,dunno why the removed it....they could add something like that again
