If those are the only parts you have you can easily replace them for $50-60 with a PCI-e build and have far far greater performance.

Unless you go for old used parts, you won't be able to easily (if at all) find any motherboards that have an AGP slot. Everything new is PCIe.
As Elder says, given the relative value of those parts compared to the cost of a complete system, it's not worth trying to use them.

/agreeing with the other posters from me

it is definitely worth saving and spending the extra cash on a pci-e motherboard and newer graphics card. (along with a core 2 duo if you can afford it)
