I want to know the current price for an unded mini pet pig, and whether or not its price will rise, fall, or remain stable.

Probably will rise slowly, already has gone up - for the longest time they were like 2-3k, I have sold several recently for 15k or more, and fast.

No new pigs will come for many years while existing players dedicate them or leave GW. This means that supply will slowly decrease. Depending on demand the price will probably rise slowly.
But remember that there once were tons of them, so don't expect any miracles.
