High energy set?

I have a monk and I'm starting to farm as a 600, and sometimes I die because of low energy. I was thinking on making a high energy set, shield/sword or wand/focus but I dont know how to make it (insc, mods,etc) and what set shoul I choose because I dont know what are the pros and the cons of each one.

Both are inscriptions, one for wands the other for focii. Each will provide +15 energy at the cost of one pip of energy regeneration. A high energy set uses both for +30 at the push of a button.

Shadow Spirit
There is also a Weaponsmith NPC in Maatu Keep who can craft items with +15 -1 stats for 5k and mats.

How are you running low on energy on a 600?

Ideally you should be watching your spirit bond, when I 600, i only really cast spirit bond when Shield of Absorption is either renued or is reducing my damage, once you hit that point it's smooth sailing for till you have to cast spirit bond again

Well if you have two enimies that don't spam attack then all you do is wait, and count how many times you get damaged. It's not that hard, and with shield of absorbtion the damage should be less than 60

The only place I've ever had energy problems as 600 is in CoF due to SB running out soon, anywhere else your one set should be ideal.

Same here, I really only ran into energy problems in CoF and sometimes in DTSC when the menders prefered to heal rather than attack. But take it this way essence bond and balthazar spirit provid 2 energy per attack on average a caster won't cast all ten times, they will melee you or wand you and after 5 attacks you set for another spirit bond cast.
