Zaishen rank point loss?

I was never really sure of the answer to this question.
I recall some people saying they lose Hero title points because they rank over a dead body after a match or something like that.
Example= pretend I have 180 hero title points, could i lose lets say 5 to bring me down to 175? Is this possible and is it against the rules? Secondly, can the same thing happen to your zaishen title then?
To what I recall, I think there was a respect rule or something? not sure.
Lastly, are their any rules and either zranking or ranking people?

well, i know that people did used to have fame deducted for /ranking people in HA/GvG, but as far as im aware, anet have stopped penalising people as of late for this.

and as for /zrank, anet showed us a video of the emote being used over a dead body in RA, so they can hardly take points away from that title.

yah...in the video they do it so they cant dock you points for that...dont ever remember that for HA...musta been before my time...

Yeah that's what I figured. Anyone have any confirmation on the rulings?
