[wsw][Lux] recruiting players interested in HM

Legendes Infernales[wsw] Is a medium sized Luxon guild with a very active core looking to expand.

Our current interests include:Zaishen missions/bounties EotN Dungeons FoW/UW (currently NM only) Vanquishing (Elona and EotN are the most active atm - players showing initiative should find it easy enough to gather peope for other areas)
We are looking for players that are either active in the above activities, or ones with limited experience with hard mode that are looking to get their feet wet. We are not farming oriented, which means we don't VSF/UWSC or do anything else that requires team build. However, most of us have extremely well developed primary characters and are flexible enough to work with each others skills to make very efficient teams.

In that vein, all applicants are encouraged to:Be social, and take initiative to find activities Have HM unlocked in EotN at least Be far enough along the other campaigns to be able to occasionally buy additional skills on request (Winter/Edge of Extinction/water snares, etc) Have a primary character with all the other secondaries unlocked
These requirements are not set in stone and exceptions can be made, but they will ensure that you will be able to join in on most of what we do and have enough fun with us to stick around. Players with experience or a willingness to do Urgoz/The Deep are welcome. We have the interest, but lack the manpower.

Our recruitment process includes try-outs. PM one of our officers and we'll work you into the next activity that you are able to participate in. We will not be testing you on the above suggestions, but for the following traits which we consider absolute must-haves:
Maturity (Our alliance is 18+, but age is just a number and competence isn't, if you're mature and likable we won't ask)

Understand the concept of the aggro bubble, the utility of pulling, and aggro management Aren't a boaster that's likely to spam AC with every trivial achievement (I just farmed 3 ectos! I'm leet!) Are more interested in cooperating than being a hero
These requirements are set in stone. The last thing we want is to be reduced to organizing via whispers because some of our guildies will be a liability out in the field.
