Fastest Feather Farm?

Hey.... ive done feather farming in my spare time as a solid profitable way to make money. Usually by soloing those tengu things at the beggining of Nahapui Quarter. But i have heard that you can clear all those low level feathery bird things (Caromi, tengu ect.) outside of seitung harbor in under 15 minutes with an ele summing upto 80-125 feathers each run.

Now I was wondering if any of you feather farmers could share with me your tactics and fast ways to farming feathers. The build, profession, and area dont matter because i can do any of them. Please post some responses.
