yeah i read it and have done all that, still no reply's. Just a "hey we arent sure but we are looking into it" if there are that many problems with the game then there are some serious issues they need to resolve asap.

If all else fails, put it on the shelf and come back to it in a month. Patches and fixes should be a little more availible.

great idea... ><
Im to much of a hardcore gamer to do that, my entire guild has moved here, i suppos ei can ask them to put it on the shelf and lets all go to another game......maybe even ask for our money back for a game that doesnt work.
but then again there is no way to contact them so good luck with that ^^.

And on the topic of quality control, should a game with a problem so severe that lots of players have to "put it on a shelf" for a month because it's unplayable have made it to store shelves? I would've much rather had a delay of the launch than have the game and not be able to play it.

Keep in mind, there are more people who are able to play the game right now compared to those who can't. With that, the game was able to be released.
From all the beta testing they had, I'm willing to bet that most of the people did not have computer problems.
When the game was released, the population of servers and overall users increased greatly. Odds are that probley 80% or higher that played in the beta testing had no problems, (random guess here) or they wouldn't have released it.
Now using those odds, thats 20 out of 100 people who have computer problems, 40 out of 200, etc etc.
Those are pretty decent odds for any company IMHO when it comes to new released games. For all we know it could have been 95%.
So in conclusion, the game was ready to come out. Problems? Of course, not everyone has the same computer, soon as they take it home if store bought, its different. From a background to networks, no two computers in the world are the same. (Hardware wise as well, some might end up being used more then others.)
So yes, there will be problems. Its one thing PC games always offer at least one person. If you want a fully problem free game, buy a gaming console. At least most of them are the same.

Support does exist. I went about five days before hearing from them with my initial problem, and once it got assigned to someone (or a few someones, I suppose), my problem was resolved over the course of a day. They got back to me within a few hours of each of my replies, so hold out hope! I think they're just that backed up right now.

I don't know whats going on with you guys but they responded to me in 5 min... kinda weird
