Yes they are, for some reason people are dumb and think they do not drop anymore because there is no inscript version of that damage mod. So you are able to sell them for much more then they used to be worth. Not quite sure on that plain type of skin but i'd say around 40k+

just tell them it doesnt drop anymore! :P
