Question about tomes

I'm back from a long break after Nightfall was released and unsurprisingly there are a lot of new things I'm not familiar with.

I'm trying to 55 farm with my monk and all is well, however I need a couple skills that would make things more efficient. I need some Dervish skills, particularly Mystic Regeneration and also Fleeting Stability. I'm at the Ruins of Morah with a character, but I don't think I can complete the mission with heroes/henchmen.
A guildie mentioned I could buy skills with Balth faction then use a tome on the character I wish to learn it on. Regardless I don't know which tome I need. does my Monk need a Monk tome or Dervish tome?

This mission is easily do-able with H/H, even in HM for masters. In fact you only need 3 heroes, and since your a monk this is even easier for you.
