Very old double vamp bow (-2 hp instead of -1)

I forgot when I got this bow, but i know that it is impossible to get items with dmg +15%, health regeneration -1. I have no clue how much it is worth, but it could be a collectors item.

here is a picture:


if you can not see in the picture the bow has both
Dmg+15%
health regeneration -1 and
Life Stealing:5
health regeneration -1

so -2 health regeneration total.

just wondering the price, and considering to sell it if the price is right

It is not "impossible" to get items with 15 -1, I recently had a r9 15 -1 longsword drop - and I also got two of the dead bows with 15 -1, just like that one.

It is and always has been a really rare drop, but the "impossible" part is not true.

what does that comment has with pc?

Well first of all, from what I see, it's not even max. Secondly the skin is very common and cheap. I say merch even if it was max damage.
And like Stuey said these aren't discontinued.
