PC on gold ghostly staff req 8 divine favor

Hi everyone. I have a perfect gold Defensive Ghostly Staff and I was wondering for how much it would go on the market.

The stats are the following:

Defensive Ghostly Staff
Energy + 10
Fire damage: 11-22 (req. 8 divine favor)
Halves cast time of protection prayer spells (20%chance)
Armor + 5
two-handed

im guessing due to low req and the fact that it is divine favor does mean the split mods arent too big of an issue (most monks have points in divine anyway). probably underpriced but atleast 50k

only just noticed it has no inherit mod, maybe he missed it off?

agree with 50k if it has no 20% hsr

Meh tbh id be happy with 50k. as it misses other inherent. has no recharge mod
