farming questions,gold drops.

hey I played gw 2 years and I dont got very much experience with golds.
I used to farm tombs and raptors(tried to farm UW planes 10 times but allways got bad luck with behemoths spawns).
I see all those 100k+ golds and I never had one. so now comes my question:
how do I get very worthy golds and do I maybe need to change my farming spots?also I would like some information about when a gold item gets worthy.
if you the answers of these questions please commend.

1. Most of the worthy high-end golds come from the endchest of certain areas. (eternal blade-uw, bone dragon staff-shards of orr, etc)
2. the gold item becomes valuable when it has a cool skin (appearance) and has a very very low drop rate.

100k+ rare items usally dont come from regular solo farming, they drop from end chests[dungeons,UW/FoW, etc.]

so wich spots will be the best for me to farm?
I got the following classes: sin,nec,monk,derv and warrior.

Niche' teams are the way to go for the most part. If you are in an active guild you can do UW and fow with balanced teams. It takes alot longer and can be a hassle at times but can be done. same goes for dungeons. Bottom line if you want the truely elite drops then master a certain role for a certain elite area and farmthat bad boy until you get the desired item.

basically speed clear teams or other teams that are made to farm specific zones. like 3 man city, foundry, and shards of orr or even VSF runs

I find the fact that you think people can or will tell you exactly how, where, what, why and when to do something and that you will be then able to go get a high end gold just like that... amusing.

If it was that easy then they wouldn't be worth 100k + xx

Hey, Shadow Form will be nerfed soon as i heard but let's see :

- UW = Eternal Blade (Rare Sword)
- UW = Celestial Compass (Rare Offhand)
- FoW = Obsidian Edge (Rare Sword)
- Shards of Orr = Bone Dragon Staff (Rare Staff)
- Bogroot's Dungeon = Frog Scepter (Rare Scepter)
- Zaishen Chest = Voltaic Spear, Eternal Blade, Obsidian Edge, Frog Scepter, Celestial Compass etc.

All those rare golds comes from endchests, prices depends on req. and attribute .

You forgot to mention Slaver's Exile Chests for Voltaic Spear, etc.

The Voltaic Spear Farm (VSF) is very easy to learn for your sin, and doesn't take long.
UW and FoW are really not the places to farm for golds, except in speed clears where the end chest in under one conset is the objective. The nice thing about those is you can get ectos and shards along the way.

Certain dungeons have greater end-chest potential than others. Rragar's has the Dryad Bow, Shards of Orr has the Bone Dragon Staff (BDS), Frostmaw's has the Silverwing Recurve Bow, Bogroot Growths has the Frog Scepter, Slaver's Exile has the Voltaic Spear (among others).

the sin part for the VSF is the hardest perma i have ever done so i would disagree when it is said that it is easy but if you want to do that run a roj monk or a cryer are real easy. if you want to find some thing that you can solo you could try this with heros to farm for the BDS.
