What skills have been updated the most?
fenix
I imagine Paragon is probably the most 'nerfed' profession, simply because it went through SO MANY nerfs early on in Nightfall, due to it being so overpowered.
Puebert
Paragons were nerfed pretty viciously after NF.
But I think Aegis has been changed the most.

would have been better if the wiki retained historical state of skills at a glance. sure you can look at the edit history but those are usually a mess of small edits.
Racthoh
Ritualist and Assassin. Ritualist probably on top simply because whenever one spirit seemed to get a change they all would.

Just go to each month's update page and start counting http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Category:Updates

I'd say Rangers have had tons of changes over the years. Expertise has surely gone through the most changes of any primary attribute, and theres been fairly regular changes of the occasional skill unlike 1 massive nerf or buff to loads at once, which is really just a sign of poor balance in the first place.
As for which skill... god knows. Theres been quite a few versions of certain commonplace Monk skills, same with Rit weapon spells.
Personally i'd say 'updated' would mean nerfed and/or buffed over time rather than nerfed over and over again in a short time, which counts out pretty much every Para shout.

Weapon of Warding and Incoming got nerfed like 8 times each.
Sniper22
Necros, the only class who got their attributes nerfed.

Arkantos

As was leadership, I believe.

^soulreaping...hit hard...so they say! still broken
Most nerfs to a skill line, smiting?
Most nerfs to a class, paragon?
Most wildly nerfed and buffed skill, Ether renewal?

Remember the time when an update couldn't be called an update if mesmers didn't lose half their skills?
Marty Silverblade
Didn't count but hasn't Light of Deliverance been changed a lot? I recall a lot of buffing/nerfing in a desperate attempt to get it balanced in 07.
IronSheik
Mark of rodgort came to my mind, I remember when it was 25 energy single target...ahhh
riktw
shadow form got nerfed some times, and aegis to.
Sword Hammer Axe
I think most of the recent skill updates have been for the monks advantage actually. Not all of course but most Warriors have had their block stances nerfed pretty badly I'd say o.0 Although they mostly stop attacking you after 3 sec block anyways... Sins, Paras and Rit's have been hit hard I think.
To all the people mentioning the Soul Reaping nerf as a bad thing: How many here has actually had a major energy management problem on Necro after the nerf?

Ward Against Melee has been tweaked multiple times I believe.
TheodenKing
Ursan caused the most q.q. cry-baby whine for your momma.
Mesmers seemed to have had the most skills messed with over the years, but I could be wrong.

Ugh
What happened to Expertise?

The most I'm not sure about. the most devaststing nerfs to a single profession. Warriors and Monks. it's extremely hard to keep a monk alive in RA now. Warriors are a "Total fail" in 4vs4 PvP without a healer. All the professions have had nerfs over the years.
but lets face it.
If you consider that you can't heal from your primary profession then nothing is worse than Warriors and Mesmers
Healing Signet -40 armor equates to no healing at all vs experienced PvP players they want you to use the Healing signet, as most times it means instant death with the -40 armor.
Lions Comfort disables your rez sig for x amount of seconds. "Fail" especially in 4vs4
There are so many ways to shut a warrior down that it is the very last choice for many in RA where you might not get a healer at all.
Compared to Sin who can get hugh armor boost and much more self heals from there primary profession. Sins needed to be nerfed and should have even more. They can maintain KDs very well and if you get KDed by and experience sin you can hang it up. your toast.
Poor mesmers have extremely weak healing from there primary profession
As far as PvE and nerfs. I think all the profession are fine. A nerf here and there is no big deal. Unless you're a solo farmer.

Diversion and Blackout were both adjusted very frequently in the first year of the game, although it's been untouched for a while

Well here is the one for Aegis... The project had been started once but no one was interested in continuing it, so there is only a page for Aegis, and it's outdated.
