I'd tend to believe your friend.
I tried to sell one not too long ago, the best offer I got was 12K.

There's a q10 Shinobi at High-End, but idk. ;>

I think it's strange. Yesterday 2nd person said it's 10-15k. And you says 5k? I'm confused.

The attribute requirement can, and often does, buzzkill the sell price of an item.
R11+ and in some cases even R10 can be significantly less than an R9.

a few weeks ago i sold a q10 insc shinobi for 15k, asking 20k...i felt lucky to get that after as much spamming as i did trying to sell it. with that said, q11 might go for 10k imo if you are willing to wait for the right buyer
