not too sure but you can buy Insc. R9 Strength Perfect for Around 50k. could base your price around that

Basing pricing of oldschool shield/focus/staff/wand on price of an insc. version is often a big mistake (it works in most cases for martial weapons though)
Unfortunately I can't help with value of this shield, it's semi-mixed mods so I'd guess below 100k (not high-end worthy), but by all means get more opinions.

I'd say this is 50kish - possibly 60-70k, but don't really see it going much higher - all guess work though - no way to really price it, but it is a bad mix.
