I need help pricing some gold weapons.

I have 5 weapons here, feel free to comment wherever. I've never sold weapons before so I have no clue as to what I'm doing, so I decided to come here first. I don't even know if some of these are worth selling, so I'd appreciate any help.

"I have the Power" Inscription, +5 energy, unsure if that's perfect.
Perfect Furious Hammer Haft, 10%
Armor +7 Elemental

Shinobi might sell for a few k as a caster weapon
Cloud maul might also sell for a few k

Personally I would merch it all, but you can try putting those two on auctions and see if you get any bids.
