Is there some way to report a person for refusing to sell an item that you win the bid on?
Multiple times I win bids with a small offer ammount and the seller refuses to give me the item because they expected to make more money than they actually did. The simple fix is for them to up the starting bid or atleast put a starting bid. If you place an item with a starting bid of 1k and i place the winning bid 1.5k, shouldn't I get the item!?

In the Auction system the seller is required to sell the item if the reserve price is reached, just as the buyer is required to complete the transaction.
In Ventari's, the rules are different. Here both seller and buyer are free to retract items/bids as they see fit.
Obviously, we prefer both buyers and sellers to trade in good conscience, but in the end it is up to people's own sense of fair play.
