Single non-max inherant, I doubt you'd get much more than merchant which was why they said "324 gold" but I agree, if you are going to post at least be helpful 
The staff does not have a recharge on it - and the casting on it is only 9% so personally think you might as well merch it.

Agreed with stuey, it misses other inherent mod and otherone is only 9%, merch..

Thats one bugged staff you have there "Halves casting time of item's attribute" not "Halves casting time of Fire magic" as it should be.
Apart from that I dont have any other PC for you. Maybe 1K from an r8 items collector, but that would be a very lucky sell and it would probably take quite a while.

there is nothing bugged about this staff,just adept staff head doesnt works on pre-nerf staves,so thats why it doesnt give 'hct fire'
