todays zaishen bounty

I am fairly new to GW & have recently started doing zaishen missions & bounties

Todays bounty requires venturing into the UW to kill a horseman but I have never been to the UW at ToA

Is there any information on this website or elsewhere (apart from the standard wiki page) that will give me tips how to tackle this bounty e.g. what build to use (I can do either monk or ranger currently), what the other teammates builds should be, roles each teammate does etc....

I have monked in the tombs of the primeval kings as support for permas BTW with a SoH /Succor /UA build - dont know if that may help here

BTW I currently only have access to prophecies & factions skills so cant use SoA, patient spirit, cure hex i.e. some of the better monk skills

I'm not sure what the name of today's bounty's quest is. But I'm sure you can look that quest up on the offical wiki by hitting f10 in guildwars and looking for the quest in the list. Might be some helpful hints on the quest page or in the discussions.
