PC 2 celestial items

i need a pc on a r9 communing celestial compass and an r9 celestial scepter of communing post here please, itd be very appreciated :]

I guess you want to buy those.

Celestial Scepters don't come inscribable. So there's no way to PC it without knowing the mods^^

The Compass should be around 50-60k, but not 100% sure.

with perfect caster mods how much do u think the scepter would be?

Depends on what you mean with "perfect caster mods"
20/20 ? Then you will not find one.

I have been looking for good Celestial Scepters for a while now and I can tell you ... it takes ages....
