This isn't a complain against the current guidelines because I think they are fair, but something that I think should be added to Ventari threads.

Heres the idea:
If a person opens a thread, he or she won't be able to post in it again until 24 hours are up e.g. I open thread. I go to post in it, it says 24 hours aren't up come back tomorrow please.

We would love to have this actually! But I have been unable to find a vbulletin mod/hack that will allow this and don't know anyone who could code such a feature and to be limited to just a few forums. If anyone comes across one someday, please feel free to let me know.

That was the very first thing I asked after becoming a moderator.
It would be far better if the system prevented people from breaking the rules instead of us having to Infract them for doing so.
Unfortunately, it seems we need a really good programmer to volunteer (pro bono) for the job, if we are to have our wish.
