WTB low req zodiac staves

I want to buy low req (9-10) zodiac staves in prot, and divine, and maybe smite. Mods don't matter so much as I can just add them myself, but ideally I want +5e^50, insightful staff head, 20% enchant mod. I would rather it be inscribable, but I'll consider uninscr if it's a good deal.
