To my knowledge, no such mod exists. Daggers, spears and scythes don't have +x% damage against x species mods.
The wiki says they exist, but neither I nor anyone I've spoken to has ever actually seen one drop.
As I imagine that you're looking for this for the purposes of dwarven boxing your way to survivor, I recommend using a dagger handle of shelter, it will give you +7 armor against physical damage. Best dagger handle you can use for dwarven boxing.
