New Ads

All right, just to post and let you all know we have a new type of ad that is rolling up from the bottom. This will display 3 x's per 24 hours. If you don't want to click on it, there's a simple close button and it will disappear from view. Some of the other gaming sites are trialing these too so you are going to start seeing them more often.

Now I know that some of you will not be happy with anymore ads, or ads at all. But I've been to the other gaming sites and with roll-over ads that cover the text on the page or interstitials, this is really not that intrusive. I've looked around thoroughly and yes, we are on par and even less intrusive then a lot of other gaming sites.

So please, if you can support Guru and click on the ad if you are interested in them on the bottom, do so.

I was just going to report on those things, they are quite annoying, the close button is right next to the advertise like this or something. Which opens a new window

I thought it was kind of weird at first, but it goes away after I go to a few pages. At least it's at the bottom of the page and not smack in the middle of the screen.
