It's great how often you wrote perfect (please don't do that) and you forgot the most important facts.

1) Inscribable or not?
2) What's the req?

Stats:

Sundering Celestial Longbow of Fortitude
Piercing Dmg: 15-28 req9
Damage +15% (while in stance)
Armor Penetration 20% (20% chance)
Health +30

That's not perfect cause it has a stance damage mod. "Perfect" would considered to be a 15^50. If it's oldschool I'd say around 20k? Something like that.

The Req for a perfect Hammer would be r9, 15^50, +30, 20/20() for the market. Although I consider a hammer perfect if it has a Vampiric mod.. Anyway..

I say 20-25K IMO

If it's not inscribable. Salvage and merch.
