Sorry being abit noobish here but I have a quick question: Are all Draconic Aegis's Inscribable?

Depends where you get them from. If it's UW/FoW chest it has a chance of being insc. If it's a drop from EotN then it always is. Any weapon from Nightfall and EotN are always insc, Prophecies and Factions have a chance of being Inscripable. If Zaishen chest, you still have a chest but not as great.

You could always check out wiki...http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Draconic_Shield.

But, anyways this shield only drops in EotN and Core=UW, FoW, Z-chest. Any item that drops out of EotN or those chest are insc.

Sorry I have to disagree, I got a uninscribable max q8 grape from eotn in Oola's.

It means that Core has a chance to be inscripable. Core is Fissure of Woe Underworld and Zaishen Chest. As stated before it only insures inscripable in Nightfall and Eye of the North.

From a malfunctioning golem on 2nd floor, gave to random in rata sum since it was 13^Stance or hex or something useless.

Nightfall and EotN drops (at least for a while) weren't guaranteed inscribable, thanks to the famous Deathbane bug. I don't know if this is still the case now or not, since I've been spending a lot of my time lately in Prophecies/Factions.

Basic point is that it was (and maybe still is) very possible to get max uninscribable items in Nightfall and EotN, I know I had a r8 max ruined by that damn Deathbane bug.
