Umm. edit colors and stats. as Example Amber aegis doesnt excist inscriable and skins like zodiac doest come r8 insc or atleast never seen

What you are asking for is extremely wide ranged, and is affected by the color, stats, etc. Yeah you said any color, any element, but for a lot of those shields all of that will affect the price. The only one that of those that I have seen r8 inscription is the darkwing - those start at 100e and go up. The rest depends on way too many factors.
Zodiac drops from elite mission only and those chests have never been known for dropping r8's.
I cannot recall any of those other shields dropping in r8 insc tactics either except maybe the spiked targe - that would be the cheapest most likely but still go for 100k+.
Amber Aegis as stated do not drop in inscription version and the stats you want will start at 350e at the lowest and go up.
