Specifically for FoW because I don't know if there are differences between the UWSC and Manlyway varieties but...
Why "By Ural's Hammer"? I understand it's +25% damage, but it really doesn't last that long, and 1/4 of the damage is negligible, at least in comparison to say... Air of Superiority's "Is there anything I can't do?" Consider the amount of enemies you engage, and how quickly Sliver does it's thing. Enemies drop like flies, so even though there's only that 10%-or-so chance to get "Is there anything I can't do?", it goes up drastically by reason of how many enemies are dying, and how fast they're dying.
By all logical reason, wouldn't it make more sense (and speed up their task) by being able to keep Battle Standard of Honor and Sliver Armor up (presumably) indefinitely, instead of simply buffing their damage output by a minimalistic 25%, but having them inactive 50% of the time?
What am I missing, here?

Energy in areas you can't scythe, AoS isn't dependable enuff for the energy or instant recharge return.

Terras in fow aren't like terras in uw, the majority of the time terras are runnin between quest and only trying to kill that they need, IMO I'd rather have a dependable source of damage compared to gambling on chance
BLOODGOAT
I'd take the gamble because I tend to to get the recharge a LOT because I use it on my 600.

Wells the breakdown is this:
t1) runs to npcs and kills 6 or so creatures then takes hen quest then runs to the quest area and kill the priest along with a few beserkers, then takes the book and runs to the npcs again then runs to the wolf and sliver it then runs to burning forest and sliver the overlords and the 6 or 7 hydras in the area then runs to the forest wold then runs to tos and clears it then waits for the Mage, then runs back to forge or forest, if you loom at hat t1 is running between areas most of the time and not even bothering with killing stuff
t2) runsto wolf , runs to cave wolf, runs through cave and kills beach wolf, runs to khobay and wait for quest, once it's done he runs to cave and. Leads out spiders while triggering Mage then runs through cave and kill the seeds then runs back to forge
you really aren't killing much if you put into perspective
