I've been working on getting 100% elona exploration in nightfall lately. When i went through the storyline I just tried to explore around as much as possible to get rid of the haze, but recently i've been using texmod to help root out the last little bits of areas i need to uncover. i'm up to 94.2%, and i still have a lot of edges to clean up here and there, but i had a few questions.

First off, I know the the Dynastic Tombs counts for the title, and i've got about half of it done, but i've had trouble opening up the last two areas so that i can get them explored without dying. So my first question is this. the texmod cartography add-on states that it shows over 100% explored. But does anybody know by how much? Do i need to finish the tombs or will i be able to get it just by rooting out every other tiny area (not including the area from the character tutorial, as my main is from prophecies and there's a bit i can't reach there)?

And also, there are a few borders between the main explorable areas that seem to still need cleared up, but i just can't get them done, and the coloring isn't the normal translucent blue. Does this mean they're done, or do i need to keep trying again and again? any tips or comments please?

Definitely finish tomes, that whole thing is around 2 prc

Ignore extremely small slivers like in garden, as for area west of jennurs, try portal in Vehjin, scrape that

Yeah I have 100.3% Explored and I dont even have 80% of the Dynastic Tombs explored

You do not need to get these little itty-bitty scrapes ^^

Dynastic tombs I actually found pretty easy once you get the hang of what you need to do in there. You do need to explore it though, at least some of it, if not all.

And I don't think those little blue bits you circled are explorable. I think the brighter color is just due to the edges being too close together to get a full blackened background. If nothing else, that seems pretty comparable to what I mapped in getting 100%.

Good luck!

I was having the same problem as you with the tombs and i was trying to get around it since all i could uncover was the northeastern side before i was killed by the spirits. Even if u do get all those little peices ur still gonna need the other half of the tombs so my advice to u is continue to do tombs until you get the hang of it. its kind of like pack-man. eat the dots and run away from the moving ones.

red rock candy really helped me. i was able to uncover everything and i decided to keep going for the high score. sooo practice makes perfect g/l

Are you using Skale Fin Soup to offset the environmental effect in the Tombs? That and speed & health buffs should help. The Tombs give about 1.8% total and you need to get at least 1.2% for the title.

hey thanks everyone! i'll have to go back and try the dynastic tombs again. its been awhile since i've had a go at it. I'm not even sure i had the siege attack when i first tried it. where can i get the skale fin soup or red rock candy to help me out in there? i do have all 3 campaigns and EoN, although i haven't gotten too far into factions and i'm only about halfway through EoN.

The chef in the Astralarium in Istan will give you a Bowl of Skalefin Soup in exchange for two Skale Fins. Red Rock Candy is from Gifts of the Traveler, so you will either have to get the right gifts or buy it from another player.

The candies come from Nicholas the Traveler. The Skale Fin Soup you get from the collector in Chef Panja in The Astralarium in Nightfall. You will need to farm skale fins to trade for it.

Oops, too late.
