Its a dumb complaint that seems to fail to acknowledge the difference between the pve and pvp versions of some skills while at the same time basing the complainit on exactly that. Kinda weird actually.

But most spells that are changed for PvP, are slightly modified. This spell that I mentioned inparticular is completely a different spell.
Basically this. It's like saying "Hey I see you like using Conjure Phantasm in PvE. Well in PvP, it's no longer Conjure Phantasm. It is now Energy Tap. But you still get to keep the name and icon, but now it just steals energy instead of draining health."
That is what I mean by it becomes a completely different spell. One version of the spell gives you energy. The other version summons spirits. Two different spells completely, just cause of PvP to PvE. Not a minor change like most spells.
