A price for all of the materials can be found by visiting a Rare Material/Material Trader NPC in outposts. You can check what he buys and sells each one for and base your price on a value inbetween the too. The same goes for the black dye.
1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10 can just be sold to the merchant.
