Hi, i want to buy this staff either caster modded or ill just buy it as it is

i want it to be gold, max damage, inscribable and req 9, 10, 11 or 12

I have one of these - r9 insc, no mods.. but it is max, 20% HSR and all that. Would sell for 20k if interested.
