1. It depends on whether the Crystalline you found is inscribable or not. If it isn't, then you're talking about a lottery ticket. I personally wouldn't hesistate dropping 50K on it for the gamble, but you might find someone that pays more than that if they have a higher risk tolerance.

2. It depends on whether the Stormbow is inscribable nor not. If it isn't, then you need to let us know what the inherent modifier is.
