so the thing is, i talk to PlayNCSupport and they said my access key was invalid,but i know it isnt. i lost the card that has the access key on it but i wrote the access key down (thank god!) the reason for contacting them is that i forgot my login and password,and i have no clue what to do!!

There is nothing we can do here to help you, sorry. You need to resolve this with Support.
All I can think of, is if there is a Zero try typing a letter O and viceversa.
