I have not assigned any of my attribute points yet. I am pre-searing well you know a " noob" so I wanted to wait and ask the veterans. I am a warrior with necromancer as my second profession. this is the break down.
blood magic 0
death magic 0
curses 0
strength 0
axe mastery 0
hammer mastery 0
swordsmanship 0
tactics 0
So how many point should I assign to each one. I have 35 point.
Thank you very much.

Simply distribute the points based on your available skills, and what you want to be more powerful. Unlike other games, you can redistribute your points whenever you're in town, so you don't have to worry about messing up your character by putting points in the wrong line.

You can freely change the attributes whenever you are in a town. In general you will want to have a LOT in your weapon attribute (depends on which weapon you are using) and a decent amount in Strength. However, in the early parts of the game, and until you have more skills to choose from, Strength won't be much use. Tactics can be of some use for skills like Healing Signet and Watch Yourself. So if you have skills from Tactics, give a decent amount of attributes to Tactics.
As a Warrior, you won't have enough energy to be using Necromance spells very often. I wouldn't be using any outside of Life Siphon, and even that is iffy. Later when you have access to more options, there are some nice Necro skills that a Warrior can use well.
So I'd say raise your weapon attribute as high as you can, and put the remainder into Tactics. As a new player (newb, not noob) you should experiment on your own instead of asking others to tell you exactly what to do. If you never learn on your own, you will always be dependant on other people.

Please don't use Life Siphon. Even though it may be nifty in the short term, while you play solo and everything is low level, in the long term it'll be useless. It'd be better to get into the habit of knowing how to play well and what is good/bad. Also, atm, focus your points into your weapon mastery of choice and split the rest of them into Strength (even though you won't have any skills) and Tactics.

If you haven't accepted Necro as your secondary yet you can still try out all the others.
You get to try a couple of skills from all the other classes.
This gets you a load of other quests and rewards as well as the skills.
Prophesies has a lot of quests that give skills as rewards, you may not ever use them all but they are free so why turn them and the xp down.

As has been said, where you put your points would depend upon what skills and weapon you are using.
For Warrior, you are going to only be using one type of weapon at a time. So, for example, if you decide to use a sword, you'll not put any points into Hammer Mastery or Axe Mastery. Only put points in the "Mastery" of the weapon you're using. (And don't try to use hammer or axe skills while wielding a Sword, either.)
For Tactics and Strength, consider what skills you are using and the inherent properties of Strength.
Don't try, especially at this stage, to spread your attributes to thin. It's best to concentrate on only a few attribute lines.

to op: the great thing bout gw is that you can respec anytime you want without cost. however, right now the most important attribute is your weapon attribute, so thats sword, hammer or axe. secondary attrib would be strength and/or tactics to meet the req of your shield if you have one. for the most part, necro skills are useless, and the ones you will be using will require no or very little attrib pt investment.

Strength is a totally different matter, as it is your primary attribute (http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Primary_attribute) and therefore you'll gain a benefit from it with or without having any skills from it.
I'd suggest you use a sword in the beginning as you have the decent Sever Artery --> Gash combo, it's not just fast rechargeable, but the deep wound seriously damage everything, and life degen is really devestating in pre. As a note, it is the best a warrior can do in pre, as axe and hammer skills aren't that useful at all, in pre ofc.
My suggestion is that you spec into swordsmanship and put the rest in strength (if you have a point or two left, it doesn't do damage to put it into tactics). Remember that you always can reload your build and attributes whenever you are in a town or outpost.
