Strange Pronounciation of Want.
Winnies Bro
In the cinematic, Arrival at the Eye, Ogden says want in a strange way.
I've notices this a lot, but why does he say it like that?

Slasher of Darkness
Maybe coz he's a dwarf? Maybe they got other kind of pronounciations
Pistachio
I think all their tongues are actually rock.

Though frankly, after watching the cutscene again, I don't see how he says it differently than anyone else.
What a silly thing to make a post about.

if you dont hear how he says it different then you are stupid...

sounds perfectly normal. maybe your british accent is just weird.

That will not win any converts to your point of view... Yeah, ok, it sounds different than how i may say it, but it may not be true for all. Remember that not everyone speaks the same way. Country, heritage and geographic location tend to cause differences in language styles even if it is the same language.

probably because hes a dwarf and so has an accent, though i havent really heard that much of a difference.
Mad Lord of Milk
Lol cuz he's a dwarf.

I just went and watched the video...the way Ogden says 'want' is slightly different than the standard accent you hear in most of GW, but it's such a slight difference that most people would probably never even notice it. I probably wouldn't have if no one had mentioned it.
And considering that you pretty much always hear the dwarves speaking with an accent, Ogden actually has much less of an accent than he really should have. Compare him to King Jalis in Prophecies, for example.

It's what's referred to as an accent, maybe you've heard of one? And of course you're going to call him stupid, you're British, which obviously makes you better than him, right? You say things differently than others, so you may hear it differently... that's no cause to call someone stupid for saying it sounds normal to them, why make a thread about this anyway?
/endrant... sorry got carried away...

Taken too far..... all voices are different, but accents can be the same. it sounds no different then any other dwarf or british creature or person ive heard so calling someone stupid because they dont agree with you is well...stupid.
