price is very subjective on those kind of weapons,
it is a swamp so yeah it is damn rare, req9 is also a plus
the 20<50 mod is crappy (but it is a max mod)
other mods don't import really ( a 10/10 could have interested some)

so really it is a matter of "for how much u would separate of it" and "for how much the buyer is willing to give for it", and i don't think we can give a price
i mean ... q8 perf ones have been sold for millions
q12 15^50 for like 350 ectos
q9 to 13 with 15/stance/enchant/-10/-5 or 14^50 would prolly sell for lots also

i think the problem with urs is that it has the 20% under 50 mod that devaluate it

as for an average price..... i would say personnaly i'd offer something in the 100ecto max range, but as i say it is very subjective

i think a lot of buyers would consider it not worth to buy and also some rare stuff fans would spend all their cash on that

but i think real collectionners would agree q9 20 under 50 isn't what they want to collect

well i'm just telling u my point as nobody seems to give u idea on price
