PC on several items please

Hey could I get a price check on the following items:

a purple Cane - 7-10 dmg and energy +4 when hexed

purple war hammer - 12-18 dmg and +10% dmg when hexed

an unsalvaged staff wrapping of fortitude

and an unsalvaged rune of minor fast casting

I'm not sure if it matters much but all these items will be sold pre-searing. Thanks for the help.
