Fairly new player looking for a PvE guild...

Ok, I'm going to be quite blunt with this. I am looking for a PvE guild that meets or exceeds ALL of these expectations I have placed.

-Must be EXTREMELY talkative (my number one reason I get booted out of guilds is because I apparently "talk too much")

-Must tell people if they are being offensive/irritating/annoying and tell them how they are being offensive/irritating/annoying so they can correct it (not just complain to the people in charge because then the person that gets booted has absolutely no clue as to why they got booted)

-Must be active (I'm usually on for 16+ hours a day (although you don't need to be on that much, it is a must to have at least 2 other people on at all times in the guild))

-Must be willing to party with other guildies when available (I just started and only have 2 characters ( a level 20 Prophecies Ranger and a level 8 Nightfall Dervish) so I'm pretty limited to access for certain areas right now until I do more exploring)

-Must be newbie friendly (as I'm a newbie it would be much appreciated if the guild had other newbies that I could play and learn alongside with)

-Must NOT be a flame-fest in guild chat (in other words if someone says something that offends you or otherwise leads to a flame war tell them to STOP with the reason they offended you)

-Must be willing to talk about literally everything in guild chat that doesn't lead to a flame war (I tend to spout random stuff every now and again so I need others who do the same >_<)

-Must NOT have vent as a requirement (I do not own a mic as of yet)

-Must have players who are familliar with the different roles of "core" classes (healer, tank, DPS) and know how to play them and know how to be a proper party member (not rush in head first into mobs that wouldn't bother us normally when everyone is almost dead, wait for everyone to heal and/or regen first) Veteran experience with other MMORPGs will help alot here.

-Must be accepting of other peoples' differences (everyone is different, you need to understand this to be able to have a successful guild)

-Must be decently mature (no leet speek or QQing)

-Must NOT have forum attendance as a requirement (I tend to not check any forum for quite extensive periods of time)

I think that's it. I have a gut feeling that I'm probably going to have a very hard time finding a guild that meets all these requirements but, I thought I would try anyways. I'm usually on either Khaele Draconslayer or any other one I create to try. (I'm on Khaele right now)
