PC on req 9-12 Sundering daggers of enchanting

I'm trying to find some daggers for a build.
I need:
Sundering Daggers of Enchanting, Req 9-12(any of these will work, the lower the better, I'll see when I get a price)
I need perfect sundering and enchanting mods, and a Guided by Fate inscription.

I need a Price on these, so I know how much I'ma have to spend to get them.

you can get a gold req9 dagger for ~1k in Rata Sum - the raptors drop lots of them (gilded dagger, bronze dagger, sai, korambits etc...)
